Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website.

Products & Pricing:
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time
- Product images are representative and may slightly differ from the actual product
- CARPLIX is designed for vehicles with factory-wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto support — compatibility cannot be guaranteed for all vehicles

Orders & Payment:
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or inventory unavailability
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and PayPal

Shipping:
- Free shipping within Canada (3-7 business days) and USA (5-10 business days)
- Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

Use of Product:
CARPLIX is intended for use in compatible vehicles. Streaming features (Netflix, YouTube, etc.) should be used only when the vehicle is parked or by passengers. Drivers must comply with all local laws regarding device use while driving.

Intellectual Property:
All content on carplix.ca — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of CARPLIX and protected by copyright laws. Apple CarPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc. Android Auto is a trademark of Google LLC. CARPLIX is not affiliated with Apple or Google.

Limitation of Liability:
CARPLIX is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our product. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

Changes to These Terms:
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
