REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Carplixpro@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back. Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:
- gift cards
- final sale items
- items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item, and once your return is approved, place a new order separately.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
