How do I know if CARPLIX works with my car?
CARPLIX works with any 2016+ vehicle that has factory-wired Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Use our compatibility checker on the homepage, or email us your year/make/model/trim and we'll confirm before you order.
Where's my order?
Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Orders ship within 1 business day from Canada and arrive in 3–7 days. Lost the email? Send us your order number and we'll resend it.
It's not working — what now?
99% of setup issues come from the pairing step. Try: (1) unplug everything, (2) forget the CARPLIX device from your phone's Bluetooth list, (3) start your car, plug in CARPLIX, and pair fresh. Still stuck? Email us we'll walk you through it.
How do I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day no-questions refund. Email us at carplixpro@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Refund is processed within 3 business days of receiving the product.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Currently we ship within Canada only with free shipping on every order. US and international shipping coming soon drop us your email and we'll notify you when it's available.
